Shipping Information

Lacoste customers may choose from three shipping methods.  Shipping charges are based upon the value of your purchase.  We do not charge your credit card for any items until they enter the shipping process. When your order is shipped, we send confirmation via e-mail with shipment details and the amount charged. 

Shipping times are calculated from the day the order is shipped.  In most cases, items ordered before 4PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. 

Standard Ground arrives within 3 to 5 business days from when it is shipped.
Expedited arrives within 2 business days from when it is shipped.
Express arrives within 1 business day from when it is shipped.

A signature is required when the contents of the package are valued at $400 or more.

APO/FPO: Lacoste will ship items to APO/FPO addresses using Standard shipping.

Puerto Rico: Unfortunately, due to specific laws related to Puerto Rico shipping, we are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.  However, please feel free to contact or visit our store in San Juan, Puerto Rico (787-777-0770).

Lacoste does not currently provide international shipping, however we do ship to the following US Protectorates:

· US Virgin Islands
· Guam
· Palau
· Micronesia
· Mariana Islands
